Brooknight Security, the security services company, have been selected as one of two suppliers for manned guarding services to New Look.
Brooknight began working with New Look in October 2015 to support their emergency and project work security requirements, which included emergency adhoc cover on a national basis and security cover for new store openings, refurbishments and project installations.
In addition to the existing project and adhoc support, Brooknight will now supply retail security officers to stores across England and Scotland.
Brooknight has enjoyed considerable growth in the retail sector in the past year with award of contracts by retailers including Swarovski, Mothercare and a larger share of the Primark contract. The key contributors to this success have been management support, customer service and offering bespoke retail training to their staff. This has been recognised again through the New Look tender process and Brooknight will work closely with the Profit Protection Team to enhance the security provision to stores.
