G4S Secure Solutions, the Republic of Ireland’s leading security solutions company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Niall Feely as Managing Director. Niall will work closely with Eamonn Hudson, the retiring Managing Director, for a short handover period before taking over the role in May 2010.
Niall has joined G4S from Eircom Limited Dublin where he has been Director of Business Markets since 2002, with responsibility for strategy, sales, service, product direction and marketing for Eircom’s SME customer base of 120,000 customers. Prior to joining Eircom in 2000 Niall spent the previous decade in New Zealand working with Unisys New Zealand, BlueStar Office Automation (now Cogent) NZ and Telecom New Zealand. Niall initially qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young, Dublin after completing his degree at the National University of Ireland, Galway. Niall is Honorary Treasurer and Council Member of Dublin Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Sales Institute and Institute of Directors in Ireland. Niall commented, “I am very excited to be joining G4S at a time when it is looking to expand the scope and the spread of its business in to providing more complex solutions to customers’ issues.
