Europa has secured a Total Facilities Management deal with leading global insurer, RSA.
For three years Europa will provide building management, mechanical & electrical, fabric, project management, help desk, cleaning, hygiene, catering, hospitality, vending, reception, security, porterage, space planning, car parking, grounds maintenance, waste, pest control and health & safety.
RSA is one of the world’s leading multinational insurance groups employing around 23,000 people and around the world. The contract covers all of RSA’s offices across the UK.
As part of the deal 200 staff are to transfer to Europa through the TUPE process.
