International total facilities management provider OCS has retained the contract to provide facilities services for the Howard Shopping Centre in Welwyn Garden City.
The three-year contract is for security, cleaning, pest control, horticulture and window cleaning at the 240,000 sq ft site, where OCS has been providing facilities services for several years.
The Howard Shopping Centre has 58 retail units, a 725-place multi-storey car park and welcomes more than 8 million visitors a year. The centre opened in 1990 and is named after Sir Ebenezer Howard, founder of the Garden City movement.
