International total facilities management provider OCS has been awarded the contract to provide security services for Regent Arcade Shopping Centre in Cheltenham, which is managed by DTZ.
The three-year contract is for manned guarding services at the 185,000 sq ft site, where OCS already provides cleaning services following a successful retender earlier this year.
The Regent Arcade Shopping Centre is Cheltenham’s premier retail destination with more than 60 shops, six restaurants, 500 parking spaces and welcomes more than 100,000 shoppers every week.
