Oltec fm wins major new contract in Manchester

Facilities Management Specialist Oltec fm has been awarded the contract to provide all outsourced security and manned guarding support to the in-house security team at Manchester Metropolitan University. The new contract expands Oltec’s current role at the university, establishing Oltec fm as the new incumbent security supplier supporting the in-house security team across all its duties, including security patrols, CCTV monitoring, library security, residential security and special events.

Oltec fm, founded in 1974, provides integrated building and facilities management services to a range of sectors across the UK. The business is an SIA Approved Contractor, and achieved a score of 153 during its last audit during October 2016. This puts Oltec fm in the top 5% tier of over 800 approved security contractor companies in the UK.
