Expanding Yorkshire security firm Select Group has acquired UK Bailiffs and Enforcement. The company’s customer base will integrate into Select Group’s national portfolio. A southern office and management support team will also be retained through UK Bailiffs and Enforcement’s registered office in Mayfair, London.

Major growth in Select Group’s own bailiff enforcement and debt collection business prompted the acquisition of UK Bailiffs and Enforcement. The combined client portfolio includes solicitors, bailiffs, commercial landlords, local authorities, letting agents, financial houses, central government agencies and individual businesses.
Select Group was established by Mr Spencer in 1992 and has expanded and diversified to become one of the largest Yorkshire-based security companies. The head office is in Shipley, Bradford, and Select also maintains an on-the-ground presence in strategic locations across Yorkshire and neighbouring Lancashire.
UK Bailiffs & Enforcement also has new regional offices in Newcastle, Manchester, Derby, Nottingham and Hull.
