This development marks a significant transition for the company, including a move toward majority employee ownership. Established in 2003 by Graham Foxcroft and Ashley Wood, Triton Group has grown into a prominent UK provider of security and risk management services, with an annual turnover of £65 million. Founders Graham and Ashley have expressed confidence in the leadership team and the future direction of the company under Lauren Paver’s guidance.
