In a celebration that underscored the extraordinary dedication of security officers, Amulet, a leading security company, hosted its fourth annual award ceremony, The Amulets, on September 21st. The event serves as an internal recognition scheme, honouring the unsung heroes of the security sector who consistently go above and beyond their call of duty to ensure public safety.
The glittering event took place amidst the captivating backdrop of the Zoological Society of London (ZSL), where over 130 attendees gathered inside an exotic safari tent, braving the elements. Despite torrential downpours, guests were undeterred, taking their drinks directly to the gorilla’s enclosure. The unique setting only enhanced the evening, offering an unparalleled experience shared by all.
The winners, announced amid anticipation and applause, not only received accolades but also took home a trophy, certification, and a much sought-after Gold Amulet. The awards ranged from the coveted Everyday Hero award, designed to honour those who consistently go the extra mile in their daily tasks, to those who had dealt with extremely challenging and specific incidents.
