Bidvest Noonan, a leading provider of facilities services encompassing cleaning and security in the UK and Ireland, has made two notable appointments: Chris Cunningham as Innovation Manager and Nina Delia as Environmental Manager. These appointments reflect the organization’s commitment to fostering innovation and environmental sustainability.

In this capacity, he will lead efforts to develop innovative solutions, explore new opportunities, and introduce progressive initiatives aimed at enhancing Bidvest Noonan’s position in the market.
Cunningham’s appointment follows a series of investments by the group, including the addition of Peter Smyth as Director of Innovation and Technology. In recent years, the company has also invested significantly in cutting-edge technologies, introducing various robotic and cobotic machines. In 2023, the company became one of the early adopters in its industry to deploy Spot, a quadruped robot from Boston Dynamics, thereby improving safety and efficiency in its security services.
Throughout his career, Cunningham has spearheaded innovation initiatives for government departments, established a Corporate Innovation Centre within the vaccine R&D sector of a leading global pharmaceutical firm, and overseen the creation of an award-winning investment platform for a prominent private bank.
Nina Delia, a recent addition to Bidvest Noonan’s environmental sustainability team, brings substantial expertise and experience. Her role will play a crucial part as the company works towards achieving its Net Zero objectives.
In her capacity as Environmental Manager, Delia will conduct monitoring of Bidvest Noonan’s carbon footprint. Additionally, Delia will collaborate with Bidvest Noonan to develop service solutions that empower its customers to attain their sustainability goals.
Fintan Connolly, Bidvest Noonan’s Chief Operating Officer said of the appointments, “I am thrilled to have both Chris and Nina join the Bidvest Noonan team. Chris’s extensive leadership experience, passion for the art of the possible, and his ability to create customer centric solutions inspire great confidence in me.
Nina’s expertise in environmental and sustainability practices will be essential in meeting both our own ambitious targets and our customers’ growing expectations for carbon reduction.
