Infologue Security News Editor Appointed Director of Salisbury Chamber of Commerce

On May 8th 2024, Infologue Security News Editor, Byron Logue, has been appointed as a Director of the Salisbury & District Chamber Of Commerce And Industry. The appointment occurred at the organisation’s Annual General Meeting held at the Salisbury Playhouse.

Interconnective, the parent company of Infologue Security News, moved from their decades long headquarters in High Wycombe to their new, larger facility in Salisbury, Wiltshire in December last year.

Interconnective is one of the UKs leading security equipment manufacturers that supply essential tools to the UK security sector such as patrols systems, body cameras, body armour, knife arches, search wands and more. Interconnective also owns Infologue Security News, the UK’s longest running online security news publication.

Since moving, Interconnective and Infologue have been building ties within the local community including being very active within the Chamber of Commerce.

Of the appointment, Byron Logue is quoted as saying, “I am honoured to have been elected to the board of the Salisbury Chamber. It is a great organisation with admirable goals that I look forward to helping them achieve.”

The Salisbury Chamber of Commerce was founded 1912 and has been at the heart of the business community ever since with initiatives aimed at promoting local industry, tourism and the night time economy. Partnering with Wiltshire Council and Salisbury BiD, the Chamber undertakes lobbying efforts and runs initiatives aimed at improving business in the local area. They also host a significant number of networking opportunities for companies in the area.
