Nikaro, the national key holding and response service network, has partnered with Omni Security Services to offer canine units as part of its service offer. The Nikaro network is made up of over 200 nationally based service partners to deliver a multitude of key holding and associated security services locally. This recent addition of Omni Security will serve to further expand Nikaro’s services and the canine units will be used in situations when the additional deterrent of a guard dog and dog handlers are required.
The partnership will also secure the provision of specialist search dogs, handled by highly trained handlers, for assignments requiring the detection of explosives, firearms or drugs. Commercial Manager of Nikaro, Angie Nicolls, said, “At Nikaro we are constantly evolving as a company in response to our customers’ needs and we are delighted that we are now able to offer canine units as part of our service. The canine units will provide a valuable addition to our mobile patrols and will be used to deter against theft, damage or threatening behaviour.”
Nikaro has over 200accredited local service partners providing services to a wide range of UK organisations from government agencies to high street retailers and from local business to major corporates with multiple sites across the country.
