Reliance judged to be one of Britain’s Top 100 Employers 2010

Reliance Security Group has been recognised as one of Britain’s Top 100 Employers 2010 by the CRF Institute and Telegraph newspaper. This is the fourth year running that the company has been recognised for its excellence in people management – Reliance was also the first security company to achieve this prestigious accolade.   The award was presented to Reliance on March 24th at a gala ceremony held at the Royal Institute of British Architects in London.  On winning the award the judges applauded Reliance for their positive company culture.

Britain’s Top Employers objectively identifies companies that, through dedication and innovation, have created a culture that embodies an outstanding working environment in which employees are appreciated.  The award also recognises companies that have effective solutions for the management of their people.

Reliance was evaluated by The CRF Institute against a number of criteria including: pay and benefits, training and development, career development, working conditions and company culture. Accepting the award, HR Director Oshin Cassidy commented “Our people are the cornerstone of our business and this award – along with our Investor in People accreditation – is testament to our commitment and ongoing investment to remain the employer of choice within the security industry.”
