The Security Group National Ltd (TSG), a leading security service provider, has sought to distance itself from NOONAN’s recent acquisition of The Shield Guarding Company Limited.
In light of the recent news regarding NOONAN’s purchase of the business and assets of The Shield Guarding Company Limited & TSG Security Limited, The Security Group National Ltd – trading as TSG – is determined to clear any confusion and assure clients that it has not been subject to a takeover.
Brian Mein, Chairman of The Security Group National Ltd, has said: “I would like to clear up any misunderstanding regarding the recent announcement of the sale of The Shield Group and TSG Security.
“The Security Group National Ltd trading as TSG, has not been sold nor are there any plans to do so despite numerous approaches.
“The Security Group was formed six years ago from two companies that had been trading for over twenty years. Although historically known for its excellent service delivery of security guards, TSG has evolved and now provides cutting edge technology for CCTV, access control and Intelligent Remote Monitoring (iRM).
“We therefore look forward to the future as an independent, well respected company serving both our existing and potential clients”.
