Mark Taylor has been appointed to national account director at Corps, supporting major accounts including the portfolio for global commercial real estate services and investment firm CBRE. Taylor brings over 20 years of extensive experience working at a senior level within international security companies and has been responsible for national accounts across corporate and retail environments.
Mark Taylor said, “I’m delighted to join Corps Security and looking forward to meeting my colleagues and clients. My focus will be ensuring our relationships flourish and our accounts develop in line with our long-term strategy.”
This appointment coincides with an internal promotion for Ken Fissenden from national account manager to operations director. Fissenden will facilitate one of the largest client account wins in Corps’s history. His role will include reviewing how Corps can introduce their blended approach of people and tech to drive efficiencies in the client’s security provision. Corps manages the number of officers required on larger contracts, in turn allowing money to be reinvested to support increased wages and encourage retention across the business.
Fissenden’s role will ensure the day to day operation for the new major contract, leading a team of managers and administrative staff to support the overall delivery for a client with substantial and exacting requirements. Fissenden will also be managing the smooth integration of TUPE’d staff from the previous supplier.
Ken Fissenden said, “I’m excited to take on this new role supporting what is the largest client in Corps history. I’m confident that working together, we will be highly successful in the service.”
Managing Director at Corps Security, Paul Lotter said, “We’re delighted to welcome Mark Taylor to Corps Security and to have Ken Fissenden as operations director. We pride ourselves on building outstanding relationships with all our clients, part of which is investing in the right people who will see these relationships flourish.”
