Croma PROception, the sister company of security provider Croma Vigilant, have been awarded a new contract with Derwent London. The new contract will see Croma PROception delivering front of house and reception services across multiple sites.
Derwent London is a FTSE 250 property investment and development business, headquartered in London. Established in 1984, Derwent London owns an impressive portfolio of property throughout the capital with about a fifth of their properties centralised around Fitzrovia. At the end of 2021, the company’s whole portfolio was valued at £5.4 Billion.
The contract will see Croma PROception Guest Experience staff working in conjunction with the Croma Vigilant Security Staff on-site to deliver a unified single supply service across numerous properties in the Derwent London Portfolio. These sites include the Tea Building, Brunel, Soho Place, 78 Charlotte Street, 80 Charlotte Street, 90 Tottenham Court Road, 90 Whitfield Street, and 1 Stephen Street.
As part of their service delivery, new innovative systems will be put in place to compliment both the new and existing staff that have TUPE transferred over.
