The Kingdom Services Group has just acquired Scottish security specialist, Dunedin.

Dunedin who have built a sterling reputation in the Scottish regulated security sector over the last 7 years has been acquired by Kingdom Group Services.

Kingdom seeks to leverage Dunedin’s client roster and push further growth in the Scottish market as part of their strategic expansion program.

Of the acquisition, Terry Barton the CEO of Kingdom Services Group says, “This is a fantastic opportunity for Kingdom to expand further in Scotland. Strategic acquisitions has always formed part of our growth strategy, but it is extremely important that when we acquire a business that there is values & culture fit to that of Kingdom. The former owner and director of Dunedin, Iain Macintosh is quoted as saying, “Joining the Kingdom family will enable my team and I to offer a greater range of services and strength in depth and for us to expand into new sectors.
