The OCS Group celebrates 120 years with a rebranding and new brand promise.

OCS have announced the launch of their new brand promise, Partnership Made Personal, to coincide with it’s 120th year of business. The new strap line intends to convey OCS’ intention to build mutually beneficial partnerships with clients.

The new strap line will be rolled out in conjunction with a new look brand overhaul across the company’s various media, material and businesses.

“Our values guide everything we do and Partnership Made Personal is our commitment to our customers. As a business we have reviewed and renewed our focus to ensure that we are delivering expert solutions, that add real and tangible value, and that are delivered with care,” says OCS UK, Ireland and Middle East CEO, Bob Taylor.

This rebranding follows 3 years of review which resulted in a reorganisation of the business with an aim toward the company’s future objectives. It is their hope that the Partnership Made Personal tag will convey their stated promise of improving their customer’s experience of working with them.

According to OCS, this promise is not just outward facing but is aimed inwards towards their colleagues as well. “We celebrate our colleagues who place our values at the heart of their day-to-day roles and our new brand promise includes our partnership with them. We will also invest in our colleagues and processes to build our position as an employer of choice,” says OCS, Managing Director, Government, Sheila Newton
