Security specialist Incentive Lynx and cleaning specialist Incentive QAS will be responsible for ensuring that the 240,000 sq ft center is both clean and secure under the terms of the 3-year deal worth more than £ 1.5 million.
The Howard Center is in the core of the city center with 53 units, a mix of retail and food stores. It has around 8 million tourists per year and the railway and bus station are directly accessible.
As part of its’ remit, Incentive FM Group will provide an effective, integrated strategy to a single supervisor responsible for ten safety guards and seven cleaners.Its’ Leviy Contract Management Solution will be used to optimize the level of service, promote transparency and provide important ideas. Furthermore, NFC tagging will be used to monitor patterns of cleaning.
