Scott Lee Barnes, sole trader of Global Security North West, was investigated by the SIA because of allegations that he was supplying unlicensed operatives from his offices at Warner Street, Accrington. Legion Group, which has provided security services to the Petroplus Coryton Refinery for over 20 years, has had its contract extended for a further three years.
