Securitas has acquired 85 percent of the shares in the security services company Zvonimir Security in Croatia. Enterprise value for the 85 percent of the shares is estimated to MSEK 49 (MHRK 40). Zvonimir Security is one of the leading security services companies in Croatia, with annual sales of approximately MSEK 82 (MHRK 67) and approximately 1,000 employees. The company offers mainly guarding and mobile services and operates across Croatia. MITIE acquires 100% control of SMI
MITIE Group PLC (“MITIE”), the strategic outsourcing and energy services company, has acquired the remaining 50% share of Service Management International (SMI) to take full control. MITIE, which already owned 50% of SMI, acquired the remaining share from Klüh Service Management, based in Germany. Two OCS security teams have won national accolades at the prestigious British Security Industry Authority awards (BSIA) presented on the 13th July at the London Hilton on Park Lane.
