G4S Gurkha Services, a subsidiary of G4S, the world’s largest secure solutions company, has achieved an Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) score of 113, from the Security Industry Authority auditors.  This is considered an outstanding result considering G4S Gurkha Services has been trading for just three years. Following the strategy to expand in Latin America, Securitas has acquired the security services company Seguridad y Turismo Segutouring Cia (SGT Seguridad) in Ecuador. Enterprise value is estimated to MSEK 12 (MUSD 1.8). SGT Seguridad has annual sales of approximately MSEK 61 (MUSD 9) and approximately 900 employees. The company has a national coverage and is mainly operating in guarding services. There are about 600 security services companies in Ecuador.
