Securitas has acquired the security services company ESC and SSA Guarding Company in Thailand. Enterprise value is estimated to MSEK 27 (MTHB 115). ESC and SSA Guarding Company has annual sales of approximately MSEK 40 (MTHB 170) and approximately 1,400 employees. The company is focused on guarding and has operations throughout Thailand.
