On the 7th of January 2020, Wilson James announced its plans to launch its’ new risk advisory business. The new unit will focus on helping clients improve their risk management processes. The new business will include 4 core functions, Security Consultancy, Intelligence, Protection/Bodyguard Services and Training.
The Risk Advisory Service will aim to work in concert with existing Wilson James services and offer tailor-made solutions to corporate and private clients.
The Security consultancy function assists clients with their security policy and strategy development, major incident planning, risk assessments, travel security and security reviews.
The Intelligence arm of the new business carries out due diligence for M&A purposes as well as investigates fraud and financial impropriety. This can include background checks, private investigations and surveillance as well as human intelligence, computer forensics and more.
The Training service offers a wide range of courses delivered by specialists in their field and cover security management, security auditing, medical emergencies, kidnap/ransom response, strategic security and more.
