High Wycombe based security services provider, Risk Management Security made news recently as they donated £20,000 to the Oxford Hospitals Charity for the benefit of Oxford Children’s Hospital and Oxford Heart Centre at the John Radcliffe Hospital.
This is the second year in a row that Risk Management Security has kindly donated to this charity.
Of the donation, Graham Tilly, Managing Director of the security company said, “We are delighted to be able to make such a significant donation once again this year. Oxford Hospitals Charity is very close to the hearts of our team as their hospitals have provided outstanding care for our chairman, John Herring, and my granddaughter ‘little’ Logan Tilly-Ware, who was born with a rare form of cancer. Both John and three-year-old Logan have been provided with amazing medical care and support over recent years, so we are thrilled to be able to put something back to help other patients.
“£10,000 will be directed to support the Oxford Heart Centre and a further £10,000 to support the Oxford Children’s Hospital, including the very special Kamran’s Ward which gives dedicated care to children with cancer.
Oxford is the largest area of operation for our company so we are delighted to give back to this wonderful community – so many of whom will regularly rely on the support of their local hospitals.
And it was lovely to be able to meet the charity team again, presenting our cheque in the sunshine, and to hear how much of difference donations like ours make to patients and staff in the hospitals.”
Additionally, Mr Tilly said, “We are all sincerely grateful for the incredible skill and dedication that has been afforded to us by the many hospital staff – we take our hats off to you all!”
Lucy Budgett, from Oxford Hospitals Charity, added: “I know I speak on behalf of our clinical colleagues in the hospitals when I say how appreciative we all are for this very kind donation. We really are hugely grateful for the ongoing support of Risk Management Security Services.
