Incentive FM Group has been awarded a contract by Savills, the property management specialist, to provide a variety of services at The Howard Center in Welwyn Garden City. Security specialist Incentive Lynx and cleaning specialist Incentive QAS will be responsible for ensuring that the 240,000 sq ft center is both clean and secure under the terms of the 3-year deal worth more than £ 1.5 million.
