On November 25th 2019, the Security Industry Authority (SIA) announced a new campaign to address violence against security staff and to promote safe working environments for licensed individuals. On Friday the 22nd of November 2019, the National Cyber Security Centre Cyber Schools Hub’s EmPowerCyber event will be held. The event, sponsored by Securitas and Allcooper, will see 800 female year eight students from all across Gloucestershire take part.
